Cynthia Elaine "Cindy" Wile (Hatt). It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Cindy who passed away in the arms of her loving husband on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater, at the age of 48.

She was the daughter of Shirley Elaine (Rafuse) ( Hatt) Connors, Beech Hill Road and the late Malcolm James Hatt (Gold River).

She is survived by her best friend and loving husband, Aaron Wile; her daughter, Jaleesa Hatt, Mahone Bay and stepchildren, Jude and Chloé, both at home and Austin, Bridgewater; brother, Leroy Hatt (Connie), Mill Cove; grandparents, Wilfred and Carolyn Hatt, and Lena Rafuse, all of Gold River; niece, Cortney Hatt; nephews, Timothy Hatt and Dylan Hatt.

She was predeceased by her grandfather, Lewis Rafuse.

Cindy worked at Graves Island Provincial Park for 30 years, which is where she met her soul mate in 2000. She was very passionate about her scrapbooking which she enjoyed teaching others and doing with her life long friend, Paula Rose. Cindy was loved very deeply by her whole family for her beautiful and gentle personality. She held a special place in her heart for her family and animals.

Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Mahone Funeral Home, Mahone Bay. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, July 4, 2016 in St. John’s Anglican Church, Chester Basin with Rev. Peter Rafuse officiating. No flowers by request.

Memorial donations may be made to Hope for Wildlife or St. John’s Anglican Church.
