1943-2022
Elaine Katherine Lowe ,79, of Martin's Point, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 24th 2022 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Eva Goodwin.
Elaine worked her talents as a Seamstress at Suttles & Seawinds and served many as a Bartender at the Western Shore Legion. She had many talents including knitting/crocheting and wreath making. Her favorite pastime was playing Bingo and collecting bells. She was known for her generosity, cheerfulness, and an incredible sense of humour.
Elaine will be deeply missed by her husband of 62 years, Donald Lowe. Dearly loved Mom of Rick (Diane) and Tim (Laura). Sister of Ken Carroll. Loving Grandmother of Kathy, Jessee, and Jason (Jennifer) Mosher. Great Grandmother of Shelby, Zach and Ava Mosher. Elaine will be deeply missed by her loving family and treasured friends.
The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the care providers at South Shore Regional Hospital in Bridgewater.
Graveside service will take place at Western Shore Cemetery, Western Shore on Tuesday, May 31st at 1:00 pm..
