Jeanne E.  Everett
Jeanne Evelyn Everett, August 30, 1930 - June 23, 2007. It is with deep, heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Jeanne Everett of Lower Cornwall, Lunenburg County.

She passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater on June 23, 2007. Jeanne was born in Kamloops, British Columbia on August 30, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Percy and Ruth (Young) Wolstenholme.

Her passing brings tremendous sadness to her family and her many friends. Jeanne lived a very fulfilling life by supporting, encouraging and loving others. She was a gifted artist and her passions included painting, gardening and her family's happiness.

Surviving family are daughters, M. J. Allen and Leslie-Ann Everett, Lower Cornwall; son, Jim (Lynn) Everett, Lower Sackville; daughter-in-law, Suzie Everett, Blockhouse; grandchildren, Julie (Baylor) Everett-Crawford, Lower
Sackville; Christina (Jason) Allen-Gibbons, Branch LaHave; Jennifer (Jamie)Drew, Halifax; James (Dulcie) Allen, Alberta; Katherine and Aleecia Everett, Blockhouse; great-grandson, Morgan Allen, Branch LaHave. Jeanne was
predeceased by her brother, Wallace Johnson and son, Michael George Everett.

She was always there when we needed a shoulder to lean on and was the matriarch that held us together. Mom, Grandma, Nan will never be forgotten and will remain in our hearts and memories forever.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2007 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Mahone Bay. Reverend Stephen Kristenson and Reverend James Haughn officiating. Reception to follow. Family flowers only.
