Frances "Fran" or “Cookie”, as the staff at Oceanview would lovingly call her for her delightful personality and desire for cookies, loved people. Her interests were, dancing, cooking, baking, gardening and playing the organ. It truly can be said that as a couple, Frances and Earl were soul-mates, never very far away from each other and lost when the other wasn’t there. They are now, again, reunited.
A personal thank you from the family goes out to the staff at Oceanview for their service above and beyond.
